I'm so glad you made it to my website. Now let's dive into more information about me. I am a true St. Louisan, born and raised with a deep love for the city. I lived in Columbia, MO to attend the University of Missouri for three years - Go Tigers! From here, I moved home to attend Logan University. Here I earned my Bachelor's in Life Science as well as my Doctorate in Chiropractic. After nine years in practice, I still thrive on seeing my patients living their best life!

My heart has always held a drive to care for others, and a personal experience in high school led me to Chiropractic. Pregnancy & Postpartum care quickly became my passion. Women often put everyone but themselves first, but still need just as much attention as others. Pregnancy is one of the most exciting times in a woman's life, and I'm honored to be a part of the journey.

I quickly developed an interest in Pediatrics after supporting women through the initial stage of pregnancy. Kids often need help too! Their development is so important, and Chiropractic allows for safe, effective treatment. Nothing is more rewarding than when a child begins to flourish after their first adjustment. What a joy to be included in caring for the whole family!

My four year old daughter brings such light to my life! Being a mama has taught me so much, and I continue to learn more with each new stage. We like to stay active, and spend as many hours outside as we can! On the weekends you'll likely catch me hiking, visiting parks around St. Louis, catching a Cardinals game, soaking up local cuisine, and enjoying patio weather. At home, I soak up snuggles from my kitties while listening to a podcast or watching a show. Be sure to chat with me about your hobbies, I'm always looking for more!
